More than 20 years ago, this question was the beginning of LaVita as a liquid micronutrient concentrate. His daughter's question made the then national ice hockey player Gerd Truntschka realise that pills cannot be the way to optimise your diet. And so his goal was to create a holistic product that combines the positive properties of natural ingredients with secondary plant substances, enzymes and other substances such as carnitine, coenzyme Q10 and omega-3 fatty acids, as well as the power of vitamins and trace elements.
